A non-refundable/non- transferable deposit is required to book and will be paid at time of booking. this payment goes towards your service.
Remaining balance can be paid via cash, Apple Pay or Zelle only.
24-hour notice is required in the event of a cancellation. A cancellation fee (Deposit) will be charged if you do not give adequate notice. I advise you to add appointments to your calendar. Please Make sure your email is up to date as we will be sending BOTH text and email confirmations. If you “FORGET” your appointment you will forfeit your deposit. Please text if you have an emergency.

There is a 10 Minute grace period that is allowed because of Atlanta traffic.
In the event that you are 11 minutes late to your appointment, your deposit will be used as late fee and full payment will be due at the time of service.
If you are More than 15 minutes late to your appointment, you may forfeit the deposit and will be required to reschedule and pay a new deposit.

Please make sure you add all of your “ADD ONs” and designs. Send or upload any inspo pics ahead of time to ensure We have the time and supplies for your set. Extra time may not be allowed as we have slotted appointment times. I will try to accommodate as I can.
